The worst company to rent a house which I seen in my life

I am very disappointed about Infinity Property because of many reason and issues that happened to us . I would start with the window that we are waiting to be changed because is broken , they come 2 times to take measurements but even is our days is not done since 2 months almost. Whenever is about to fix something in the house is very hard to be helpful and difficult to understand our needs like mould for example that is in the house and very dangerous to leave with ,we are the one who always painting and repainting and fixing. When is about to change item in the house, cooker for example we get the most cheap one that we are not able to use the oven because at some point the tray will fall off ( was happening so many times because is the most cheap and unsafe cooker we ever had, you can easily get your hand burn ) Took 2 years to get change the central heating because it wasn't working properly and list can carry on, unfortunately. We pay a rent that is high for our street for a house with 2 bedrooms, one medium and a small one ,but they introduce the dining room as a normal bedroom to make it suitable for the price . And a billion of rats around the house, i spent every month money on rats poison

Absolutely disgraceful people to deal with. Communication with them is impossible. You have photo documentation and police report number for house break in and still they think its right to charge you for damages that wasn't even done by us. If they had of come to inspect damages at the time of house break in they would have their own documentation of damages. They want you to do their job for them and when it comes to repairs they always took months to fix. They still haven't finnished fixing damages 8 months later. They are careless and dis honest. They have all the excuses in the world and try do what they can to get out of soing anything. NEVER EVER RENTING WITH THEM EVER..IF WOULDN'T EVEN GET THEM TO LOOK AFTER MY HOUSE.

Is this a Scam?

I received two letters from this company but with no business name attached. I received letters from a Mandy Klein and a Steve Wold both from the address: 692 158th Ave. NW in Andover. However, the postmarks on both letters were from San Antonio, Texas and Dallas Texas respectively. When I called Mandy, she said her office was in White Bear, Mn and Steve has the office in Andover. When I asked why the postmarks were from Texas, she said it was "marketing". If they can't give honest information about who they are and where their offices are, I wouldn't trust them for anything and ever get involved with them.

Unprofessional, Rude, Inconsistent, Property Managers

I am writing to inform everyone that our experience with Infinity Property Solutions during our 2 year tenancy with this company was very Unprofessional, the customer service we received from Infinity Property Solutions was inappropriate and caused unnecesary stress to our family. When we moved into the property the previous tenant (which was one of the property managers from Infinity Property Solutions) left a box full of grass cuttings and rubbish from the previous tenant, both rubbish bins green and yellow were full of rubbish, the oven wasnt clean, and the outside of the house still needed to be water blasted. When we brought these to their attention the outside of the house was done, the oven was wiped out, but we were then told that we had to screw the glass off the oven to get the grease marks off the inside of the glass door ourselves, we were then told many of times that the box of rubbish left behind was going to be picked up and taken away but never was. When requesting Repairs to Infinity the appropriate steps were taken to get these repairs done, the rips in the screen doors and windows from the previous tenants took months to fix, when my 2 year old son got locked in the toilet because of the lock being faulty, We rang Infinity Property Solutions straight away to insure this didnt happen again, their response was "this isnt a emergency" after I told them we had to climb in the toilet window to get him out. The instructions I got from Infinity Property Solutions was to take the Toilet door off the hinges and to leave the door off until you sent someone out to fix it. Having a 12 year old daughter going thru puberty and guests at our property this solution to fixing a problem was unacceptable. Many of times the water tank would cut off our power usage, once being on a special occasion and I must say the first few times someone was sent out straight away to fix the problem and this we were very pleased with, the last incident where this happened we were left without power for approximately 7 hours, at the time our whole house hold was sick so all our kids were home from school. We had no source of cooking, we had no use of the toilet, our food in our freezer had defrosted and the inconvenience of no entertainment for my 12, 5 and 2 year old was stressful for our whole family. I was given no time frame of when the electrician would be out, after a few hours it was getting to a point where it was unacceptable so I rang the RTA for advice, they informed me that "I give them a time frame to get this fixed" or I myself could go ahead and get my own electrician out to fix the problem, and to send the receipt to Infinity Property Solutions to get reimbursed. After communicating this to Infinity Property Solutions, I get a phone call stating that I was "Harrasing" her, not understanding the situation that our family was in at the time, Infinity Property Solutions stated that I stop "Harrasing" her and then hung the phone up while I was still talking. Inspections were handled in a unprofessional manner, once being when we received a Notice of Breach. The inspection was done around Lunch time so lunch had just been prepared, Infinity property Solutions complained of Food being on the bench, lint being in the laundry, dust being on the fans and the walls being dirty. When I called Infinity Property Solutions to clarify this matter the conversation was handled in a unprofessional way, I stated this was everyday living, Infinity Property solutions stated that this was "Disgraceful" and instead of approaching me by my name I was reffered to as "Mate". When we moved into the property Infinity Property Solutions said to both myself and My husband that the owner Paid for water consumption, we never in the 2 years received a water bill, untill we were given notice that the Owner did not want to renew our lease (with no explanation to why the owner came to this decision). We were only given the Water bill 2 weeks before we moved out of the property, both myself and My husband were confused as to why we were receiving a water bill that was from October 2012 to March 2013, when our lease ended mid August which was 5 months after the water bill was issued. This is both misleading and frustrating especially with the stress and costs of moving houses. Again when My husband rang Infinity Property Solutions to clarify this matter she hung up on Him not once, but twice. When we were given Notice to Move we were assured that we would receive a vacating pack with information to help us with our move, No letters, information pack or emails were sent out to guide us on how Infinity Property Solutions require the cleaning to be done. in the final week of our Tenancy we sent several emails to let Infinity Property Solutions know we did not receive any information on how cleaning or handover of the keys was going to be done. We had no reply from Infinity Property Solutions, no return email, no phone calls, no letters. Myself and My Husband have never been treated in such a disrespectful way by any company/person until now, Infinity Property Solutions is very unprofessional, and the customer service from Infinity Property Solutions is unacceptable and poor. The stress Infinity Property Solutions have caused our family was unnecessary and could have been handled in a more appropriate professional manner. During our Tenancy we always paid our rent on time, loved the home like it was our own, got the carpets cleaned before every inspection, and we always communicated any repairs to Infinity Property Solutions, we feel that we have taken the correct steps to be treated like any other tenant. The experience we have had with Infinity Property Solutions has been stressful, degrading, unprofessional, inappropriate, and misleading. We will be sharing our experience with others, to prevent this from happening to other Families wanting to create a peaceful happy home for their children.

I totally agree with everything you said. Our lease is nearly up and we can't wait to get away from Infinity Property Solutions.

We also have never received a water bill. So after reading this is starts to make me worried. They have also never followed through with matinence issues. They are rude at inspections ...

Always breaking laws themselves by not scheduling 3monthly but earlier than lego ally allowed. They rock up early and expect to be let in. The woman that ownes the company is a down right COW. They suck you in with false lies when at house viewing and before you sign your lease.

But then completely change there mind after you have signed the dotted line.

Karma will get them in the end!

Rude Estate Agents Review

I am writing to complain about my experience with Infinity property solutions. The estate agents that I deal with are unprofessional and quite rude. I constantly feel harrassed by them. They inspect my rented accommodation every 3months, and send threatening text messages if I don't reply to them straight away. I really want to move and be done with them.
